Our Training Programs

Junior Development (Ages 6-10)

Foundational skills and fun-focused training for young athletes new to track & field. Emphasis on teamwork, basic movement, and building confidence.

Intermediate Training (Ages 11-14)

Skill refinement and event introduction for growing athletes. Develops athleticism, discipline, and prepares for competitive participation.

Advanced Performance (Ages 15-18)

Elite coaching for high school athletes aiming for peak performance. Focus on advanced techniques, competition readiness, and personal bests.

Event Specialization

Targeted training in sprints, hurdles, distance, jumps, and throws. Athletes receive personalized coaching to excel in their chosen events.

Private & Small Group Sessions

Customized one-on-one or small group coaching for focused improvement. Ideal for skill mastery, confidence building, and specific goal achievement.

Program Expectations, Fees, and Commitments

At V12 Athletics, we set clear standards to foster athlete growth and a positive team environment. Athletes are expected to attend all scheduled practices, demonstrate sportsmanship, and uphold our values of respect, discipline, and integrity both on and off the track.

Program fees are structured to cover coaching, facility usage, equipment, and competition entry. Detailed fee information and payment schedules are provided upon registration. Scholarships are available for qualifying athletes to ensure access for all committed youth.

Enrollment requires completion of all registration forms, agreement to program policies, and payment of applicable fees. Parents and athletes must commit to regular attendance, open communication with coaches, and support of our athlete development philosophy.

Key Program Policies

Attendance is essential to each athlete’s development and the success of our team. Consistent participation is expected; please notify coaches in advance of any absences to ensure optimal training and team cohesion.

Refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances and must be requested in writing. Program fees are generally non-refundable once training begins, in order to secure coaching and facility resources.

V12 Athletics upholds a standard of respect, sportsmanship, and positive conduct at all times. Athletes and families are expected to support a constructive environment both on and off the field.
